Do You Charge a Service Call Fee?

Yes. Like most licensed and professional appliance repair companies, we charge a diagnostic service fee.

​

Our standard service call fee is $90, which covers the technician's visit and diagnosis of most major household appliances. If you choose to move forward with the repair, the service fee is waived, and you will only pay for the cost of the repair.

​

Some specialty appliances, including stacked laundry units, ice machines, wine coolers, and certain built-in appliances, may require a higher diagnostic fee of $125.

​

Our office will advise you of any additional charges when scheduling your appointment.

 

Will I Have to Wait All Day for Service?

​

No. We understand your time is valuable, which is why we schedule appointments using convenient 3-hour arrival window and can also provide a courtesy call when the technician is on the way when requested.

 

Special accommodations may be available for seniors, disabled customers, and certain scheduling situations.

Can My Appliance Be Repaired the Same Day?

​

In many cases, yes. Our technicians carry a large inventory of commonly used appliance parts on their service vehicles, allowing many repairs to be completed during the initial visit.

While some repairs require special-order parts, our goal is always to provide the fastest possible turnaround and maximize the chances of same-day service whenever possible.
